About Crunch Theory
Small-batch granola, built for protein first
Crunch Theory started with a simple idea: a granola we can eat every day without feeling guilty — actually super nutritious and focused on nutrition, not just a sweet topping.
It was developed over about 12 months, through a lot of research and testing and after many batches, with one goal: a granola that provides a lot of protein and zero added sugar, made with real ingredients, and with real crunch.
The result is our peanut chocolate granola. Each 60g serving has 30g of protein, zero added sugar, and is gluten free. It is sweetened with monk fruit instead of sugar, and made without artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives. The crunch is the point too: it is made to stay crunchy in milk or yogurt, or eaten straight from the bag.
It is also a GLP-1-friendly option for people focused on protein: some buyers have told us their doctors encouraged them to eat more protein, and that this granola really helps them do that — high protein, zero added sugar, and something they actually want to eat every day.
Crunch Theory first sold out 25 bags at a local market. That first batch is why the brand is built around small batches and direct, local selling, rather than mass production.
Today, Crunch Theory Granola is sold online for $12 per 300g bag. For the full ingredient list and nutrition details, see the product page. For questions, see our Contact page.
